    Return & Exchange Policy

    30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

    We stand behind every product we sell.

    1. Return Eligibility

    We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it
    • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
    • Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt
    • Not a final-sale or clearance item (these are clearly marked on the product page)

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
    • Products that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use
    • Items with damaged or missing original packaging due to customer mishandling
    • Gift cards or store credit
    • Custom-ordered or special-request items

    3. How to Initiate a Return

    1. Contact Us: Email returns@hubvixo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
    2. Receive Return Label: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
    3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack your item in its original packaging and attach the return label. Drop it off at any UPS or FedEx location.
    4. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

    4. Exchanges

    We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style. Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns. To request an exchange, email returns@hubvixo.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for.

    If the replacement item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund or store credit — your choice.

    5. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Hubvixo covers all return shipping costs for defective items.

    6. Refund Processing

    Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times:

    • Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days after we process the return
    • PayPal/Digital Wallets: 1–3 business days
    • Store Credit: Instant — available immediately in your account

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

    7. Return Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
