    Orders & Shipping

    How long does shipping take?
    Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
    How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Order Tracking page with your email address and order number.
    Do you ship internationally?
    Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
    Can I change or cancel my order?
    Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters our fulfillment process. Please contact support immediately if you need to make changes.

    What is your return policy?
    We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Certain clearance items are final sale.
    How do I initiate a return?
    Contact our support team at support@hubvixo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
    How long does a refund take?
    Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

    How do I know if a product fits my vehicle?
    Each product page includes detailed fitment information and specifications. If you're unsure, contact our team with your vehicle's year, make, and model and we'll help you find the right fit.
    Are your products OEM or aftermarket?
    Hubvixo carries both OEM-compatible and premium aftermarket accessories. Product listings clearly indicate the type. All products meet or exceed OEM quality standards.
    Do products come with installation instructions?
    Yes, all products include installation guides. Many items are designed for DIY installation. For complex installations, we recommend a professional automotive technician.

    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) through our secure Stripe payment processor.
    Is my payment information secure?
    Yes. All transactions are processed by Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.
    Can I use a promo code?
    Yes! Enter your promo code in the cart before checkout. Codes cannot be combined. Use HUBVIXO15 for 15% off your first order.
